Industrial pit furnaces

The industrial pit furnaces are the ideal compromise between capacity/space and consumptions. With gas versions, with high output pre-mixed burners, the consumption is further reduced.

They are high-tech furnaces and widely used  in the following processes: quenching and tempering, cementing, carbonitriding, soft nitriding, tempering under controlled atmosphere and simple heating. The charge resides inside a steel retort suitable for the operating temperature of the furnace, and the atmosphere is mixed by a special impeller on the lid.

Note: available also in gas version, to reduce consumption!

The automatic opening and closing of the lid, allows the operator to concentrate on the loading and unloading of the bunch, greatly increasing the efficiency of operations. They are usually coupled with other treatment machines, such as washing machines, automatic storage and planning systems of production.
